2H enjoyed meeting Santa in our forest school and stroking Prince and Paddy, 2 donkeys who came to visit Park today

In Maths in 2H, we have been looking at part whole models. We used the cubes to complete them.

2H have been making chocolate reindeer lollies, to advertise this they made reindeer masks.

Today 2H chose toys, to tell stories, using the forest school as the setting.  Their stories were amazing and they used the trees, shrubs and logs as magical settings.  Well done 2H .

For rewards day the children took a trip to Stanley park where they enjoyed the playground, feeding the birds and jumping in puddle! They were super happy afterwards and super muddy!

The children had a super spotty day  and look amazing in there Pudsey inspired outfits, they learnt what children in need is and how we help.

2H have been in the sensory room this afternoon, they enjoyed looking at the diffefent colours and lights in the room, listening to the music and feeling all the textures.

This morning we have been practising our math equations. We did some fantastic number bonds to ten.

Today we performed I love my body in the talent show, we performed to all of our friends and we think we did a Fantastic job!

Today we learnt all about the importance of brushing our teeth. We learnt the correct way to brush our teeth to help prevent tooth decay and how to keep our mouth fresh.

In French today 2H practiced the words “Bonjour” (hello) and “Merci” (thank you).

Mrs Johnson then set up a shop and we took turns as the shopkeeper and the customer.

We greeted the shopkeeper (bonjour) and chose something to buy then we thanked him (merci).

we had lots of fun!…

Children in 2H helped fill some hanging baskets with compost and winter flowering plants.  They look beautiful around school, and add some lovely colour.
