PE challenge
In PE today we challenged ourselves to climb, balance, race and be brave!
We visited the climbing frame and track too, where everyone showed how much progress they have made with their balance and confidence.
The Fashion show!
The children have been working hard and finally they got to do the show! 2C took to the stage with their choice song- APT by Brunp Mars. We then got to enjoy all th eother classes as we went first for key stage 2 :)
Rewards Day 31.3.25
The children spent the morning at the Backlot cinema! For some it was their first time visiting a cinema. Then it was back to school for lunch before an afternoon of games, scooter boards, running around and general fun. What a busy day. The 2C class team are very proud of all the class, they鈥�
Ancient Egyptian Gods
Today we made the most of the sun and did our humanities lesson outdoors. This allowed us to really become the Egyptian gods whilst we learnt all about them.
Mummification
We mummified a child! Only joking, however we did loose Leo for a moment within the tissue. The class had a crazy afternooon finding out exactly how the Ancient Egyptians really used to mummify bodies, we even pulled brains (spaghetti) out through the nose!
LEGO challenge
As part of Comic Reliefs work, they have teamed up with LEGO and set a challenge for children to design a school of the future. The class took on the challenge and some of their designs have been sent off to LEGO so they can check them out! We were so impressed with everyones efforts, we had鈥�
Comic Relief 2025
The children have been so busy today! Starting with the 'Dance-a-thon' then we got our heads down and completed a Red Nose Day quiz. Before lunch it was time for the 'Doodle-a-thon' and we ended the day with a whole school assembly which was crazy! There was a paddling pool, balloon game and even鈥�
Pharaohs!
This week we learnt about the Egyptian kings, known at Pharaohs. We squeezed in time to make ourselves a headdress fit for a pharaoh.
