Rewards Day
1S had a great rewards day with Mini Moverz who came in to do a session with us!
We all enjoyed our McDonald’s too, what a great day we all had!
Family fun!
We loved sharing our Sports Day with you all. Thanks so much for having so much fun with the parachute, bubbles and balloons.
Ready for Sports Day
We are ready for our Sports Day, and can’t wait for this afternoon.
Band time!
It was so exciting when we were able hold Mrs Smith’s guitar, and touch the strings. We tapped and plucked, and the most amazing sounds came out. We can’t wait to join PCA band.
Domino rally
We have been working so hard, arranging wooden dominoes carefully at the bottom of the ramp requires a lot of skill and concentration.
Ready, steady……..go! The ball goes down the ramp and knocks over the dominoes! It’s so exciting.
Sensory
1S really enjoyed their time in the sensory room exploring the lights, bubbles and a range of toys and objects that made a variety of sounds!
Meet our new friend
Meet our new friend Buzzy. 1S have worked so hard on making a scarecrow, filling his clothing with straw. Cutting strips of paper to make his stripes, and putting glue on has kept us all busy bees,
Hapa Zome
Hapa Zome is a type of Artwork that involves printing.
We painted our bubble wrap shape, and then had to “press” on paper. The best bit was going “bang” with the mallet.
Life Bus Visit
We had a special visitor in 1S yesterday. We loved helping Harold the giraffe brush his teeth and hair. Harold had his face washed too.
Northern Lights
We may not all have been lucky enough, or awake, to see the Northern Lights, but we still enjoyed our own Northern Lights experience in the sensory room. The lights changed from blue to pink, to purple, and green. It was truly magical!
Star of the week
Our Star of the Week in 1S is Kai for the smiles and giggles when he could spray with the paint. Great fine motor skills!
