Animal Care @ Myerscough

At Myerscough this week we got to do a lot of hands on care. We got to give Spyro the beared dragon a bath and scrub with toothbrushes as to help with his shedding.

We then got to hold Jane the hamster and the tarantula. Finally we got to visit the chickens.

Animal Care @ Myerscough

At collehge today we were lookng after the small animals (including Guinea Pigs and Rabbits). We moved them into thier outdoor pens and cleaned their enclosures out with fresh hay and sawdust. We then made fresh food and water up for them.

Myerscough - 28/11/24

The pupils enjoyed their college visit to Myerscough again today. They were able to hold a corn snake and Tarantula and they also identified what food was suitable for different animals.
