KS5 Dance

In our health and fitness session this week we had Dave and Dave in to do our dance session. We learnt about traveling in different ways and different levels.

We then put this into a routine to use.

Due to the weather we had to call our football skills training off, so we changed plans & went into the gym. We wrote our own gym training programme using a variety of cardiovascular & resistance machines. This included a 5-10 minute warm up & a cool down session.

Girls Football

The PCA girls did themselves proud last week taking part in the final round of fixtures in the Lancashire Girls Football League. The girls finished a respectable 3rd in the League and are now looking forward to the Football Festival after easter to finish off the season.
